Procurement Specialist - Source to Pay

The main purpose of the role is to review and convert Purchase Requisitions into Purchase Orders, advise and source suppliers and follow up on delivery of goods and services.


  • Converts all kind of PRs into Purchase Orders
  • Process PO invoices in workflow
  • Resolve price and quantity blocks for all invoices
  • Handles queries from Users and Vendors  via email and phone
  • Follows up on timely and complete delivery of good and services
  • Performs all tasks in compliance with SPDs and WIs
  • Prepares standard and ad-hoc reports
  • Writes Work Instructions and updates any knowledge management files
  • Provides trainings to Business on systems and process
  • Initiates improvements, participates and leads improvement projects
  • Participates in migrations
  • On-boards new colleagues
  • Co-operates with business users, Category Managers and third parties to solve the problems
  • Trains Junior Specialist



  • 2 years of experience in Operational Procurement
  • Technology: SAP or similar ERP system; Arriba
  • Solid knowledge of Operational Procurement processes and systems
  • Analytical skills including good command of MS Excel
  • Languages: English, and other language for selected scope
  • Higher university degree


  • Good  interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Team player
  • Can do attitude towards challenges and problems
  • Being able to work to tight deadlines and with switching priorities
  • Proactive and creative in terms of improving ways of working
