Finance Specialist in Accounting to Reporting


The main purpose of the role is to monitor and perform chosen Intercompany and Accounts Receivable tasks.

The role contributes to ensuring proper reconciliation and reporting for assigned balance sheet and intercompany accounts.

Finance Specialist, IC & AR acts independently within area of responsibility connecting and interacting with all relevant stakeholders.



·       Performs agreed activities in line with defined processes, Standard Operation Procedures and Work Instructions, updates process documentations as require

·       Responds to finance queries raised by employees, managers, finance partners & other internal and external stakeholders

·       Escalates issues and concerns to Finance Senior Specialist or AR IHB Team Leader and propose remediating actions

·       Supports migration projects (work shadowing, work instructions creation)

·       Act as a team player, build good relationship with stakeholders

·       Supports cross process and cross function cooperation required to achieve overall goals for BSC

·       Secures compliance according to internal procedures and legislation in the control

·       Secures deadlines and assignments are executed according to SLA

·       Acts proactively in identification of improvement areas and supports their implementation




·       Minimum 2+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience

·       Knowledge of technology: SAP, MS Office, TMS

·       Languages: English (fluent)

·       Other language as an advantage (Russian preferably)

·       Master degree in Finance/Accounting


·       Strong communication skills

·       Mature attitude towards challenges and problem solving - being able to work with limited guidance and able to determine information needed to resolve more complex issues, manage pressure effectively and cope well with setbacks

·       Taking ownership of assigned responsibilities, including self-learning/researching needed to execute the same

·       Being able to work to tight deadlines and with switching priorities

·       Proactive and creative in terms of improving ways of working

·       Team player
