CNS Specialist – Private Psychiatry Role

We are currently seeking a full time experienced representative with a proven track record of sales success for the position of CNS Specialist private psychiatrist role with a focus depression. This role reports to the Regional Sales Leader, and covers Western Australia and South Australia.

The successful candidate will represent Lundbeck and be responsible for introducing our products to customers to consistently deliver customer value and achieve maximum sales targets. 

 Responsibilities include:

  • Achieving or exceeding sales and activity targets of allocated region/product by implementing the sales and marketing strategies with existing and potential customers.
  •  Preparing and executing strategic account plans, including but not limited to target customers activities (calls, lunches, dinner meetings etc.), in accordance with the sales and marketing plan.
  •  Maintaining and developing close relationships with key customers.
  •  Developing, maintaining and leveraging ethical strategic business relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and other key customers in individual product fields.
  •  Ensuring administrative requirements are completed in accordance with Lundbeck’s standards (e.g. expenses, call entry, meetings reporting etc.)
  •  Developing, maintaining and applying a high level of product knowledge and business acumen.
  •  Ensuring all business activities comply with regulatory and compliance requirements, legal demands and ethical standards.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual who demonstrates a high degree of initiative, the ability to work independently, and has proven experience delivering against objectives. The candidate must have a sense of humour.  The ability to build relationships across all levels of an organisation, and highly developed organisational skills are essential for this role. The successful candidate will ideally be tertiary qualified with a minimum of three years of sales experience, preferably in therapeutic areas within CNS.
