IT Coordinator

Lundbeck Australia is currently seeking a passionate IT Coordinator who is responsible for supporting Lundbeck’s IT systems and processes.


Being solely responsible for IT this is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, hands-on individual to take the lead of IT initiatives across the organisation.  As an IT Coordinator, you will be responsible for local IT and act as the primary contact between Corporate IT and Lundbeck Australia as all core IT solutions in Lundbeck are delivered globally from Head Quarter in Denmark.


Your role will be responsible for:


  • Focus on IT development and support through defining and managing the requirements for new and local solutions, in conjunction with Corporate IT.
  • Responsible for the coordination and roll out of Corporate IT initiatives in Australia
  • Manage and maintain local applications in conjunction with external vendors.
  • Ensure compliance across Lundbeck’s standards and guidelines.
  • Function as a liaison between Lundbeck Australia and Corporate IT.
  • Liaise with users and management to identify current and future business needs to determine the impact on resources available to the organisation.
  • Develop task plans for the ongoing computer operations and communication facility in accordance with business requirements.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver field force training including new product, ITC training, and other IT systems related training.
  • Manage inventory of IT equipment.
  • Provide input to local IT Budgets.
  • Provide help desk services in relation to equipment.


The ideal candidate will possess:


  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience in system/process/technical is highly regarded
  • Software experience an advantage
  • Knowledge of web based systems
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes
