Do you want to join a dynamic highly skilled HR team? We are looking for a Student Assistant who can actively take part in activities related to people development.
You will be part of a highly competent and dynamic People and Organization team engaged in strategic HR activities, running our corporate Leadership and Talent Programmes.

Student Assistant in People & Organization
The position offers opportunity to gain insight and experience in the daily activities of Corporate HR within a large, complex organization.
In People & Organization we are six colleagues driving our Global development activities as well as some of our Global HR processes. This position is to support the delivery of our Global Leadership and Talent Programmes.
In this role, you will primarily be involved in coordinating and administrating pre- and post-activities related to the different programmes. You will furthermore manage invoices and cost control of our leadership and talent activities. You will also be involved in the approval and budget process related to education of our employees. As part of the People and Organization team you will also be included in other development related activities, especially preparing for people development programmes.
Your working hours will be app. 15-20 hours per week with flexibility during exam periods and semester breaks.
You will report to the Senior Director for the People & Organization department.

Qualifications
You are self-driven, organised, curious and comfortable with working in complex systems. You derive satisfaction from independently solving everyday problems using sound judgement and pragmatism, and you are proactive in reaching out to colleagues to solve tasks.
You have a service minded attitude and take pride in solving tasks in a focused and timely manner.

In addition to the above mentioned you are:

  • Currently on your Bachelor studies either on 4th or 6th semester (Bachelor could be HA Almen, HA Pro, HA Psyk, Ha Kom. etc.). You have at least two years left of your studies.
  • Proficient in Excel and not afraid of handling complex data
  • Experience with Sharepoint is an advantage
  • System savvy
  • Can-do and proactive attitude
  • Proficient in English and Danish (written and spoken)
  • You do not necessarily have experience within HR however, is curious to know more
